Dane Miller, a biomedical engineer and entrepreneur sometimes known as “Mr. Biomet,” died today, company officials confirmed. Miller, one of four founders of Biomet Inc., was CEO of the Warsaw-based orthopedic devices manufacturer from its founding in 1977 until 2006.
