This year had been shaping up to be a good year for most medical device companies, even when factoring in the considerable decreases that have been hitting global markets recently. While it remains to be seen how China’s sputtering economy might affect the medtech industry in the remainder of the year, only a relatively small number of medical device companies had lost ground in terms of their stock performance so far in 2015.

Here are 10 companies whose stocks have been especially hard-hit during the first nine months of 2015.
